Kalham Consulting Ltd. purchased the assets of the Reserve Fund department from Wade Engineering in 2022. 

Our personnel have been completing Reserve Fund Studies/Life Cycle Costing Reports since 2010 and have worked in the industry since 2003.  


Shantel Kalakalo

President

Shantel Kalakalo worked at Wade Engineering for nearly 18 years and has led the Reserve Fund team for the last 15 years. She has a passion for Reserve Fund reports and has shown remarkable dedication to this industry.  Shantel owns a townhouse condo and also sits on the Board of a previously owned condo which confirms the practicality of the advice offered in the Reserve Fund reports.

Charles Hampton is the Vice President/Partner of Kalham Consulting Ltd. has been writing Reserve Fund Studies for 6 years. In the past, Charlie was a home inspector for 8 years.

Architectural Technologist

Dorothy Forster is an Architectural Technologist and is a consultant writing Reserve Fund reports. Dorothy joined Wade Engineering as a Honour's graduate of the Architectural Technology program at NAIT. Dorothy has a passion for writing Reserve Fund Studies, architecture and historical buildings. Dorothy is an excellent report writer, has a thorough understanding of building components, reserve funds and is a past member of her Condo Board.

Kevin Haugen, P.Eng.

Kevin Haugen, P.Eng. has been a registered Professional Engineer since 1981 and is our mechanical sub-consultant and has worked with our team for the last 6 years completing the mechanical/electrical portions of the Reserve Fund Study/Life Cycle Costing reports. In the past Mr. Haugen worked for the City of Edmonton for over 30 years.

Feng Pan, P.Eng. has been a registered Professional Engineer since 2020. Mr. Pan worked at Wade Engineering earlier in his career and has continued to work in the building science field for the last 8 years. Feng has prepared more than seventy (70) reserve fund studies and building condition assessments
